What is WebCMS support?
The WebCMS support is a small group of system administrators and other skilled users that can help you with questions about the Public Access Web Content Management System using Drupal 9. This group does not offer support for questions relating to non-WebCMS based applications or the Intranet.
What questions can you ask WebCMS Support?
The WebCMS Support will provide assistance for issues that:
- Require action to be taken by a System Administrator.
- Examples: Redirects, making changes to a web area's navigation menu, managing reusable paragraphs...
- Require assistance someone with advanced knowledge of the web standards and procedures
- While the WebCMS is flexible and can perform most tasks, EPA's Standards, Policies and Procedures may prohibit certain functions.
- Were caused by a recent update to the system
If you are inquiring about a potential bug please use the report a bug form to alert the development team.
If you are having issues with page configuration or with custom coding, please request assistant from with TZ services.
How does WebCMS Support Work?
- Submit your question or request to WebCMS support
- Make sure to add the URL link you are working on, the Group name, screenshots, and a detail description of your issue
- WebCMS support will then direct you to the appropriate supporting documentation that can assist with your inquiry. If no such documentation exists, a WebCMS Support member will respond directly.
What to do before you contact WebCMS Support?
If you are asking a question and not requesting action from a system administrator, then we ask that you consult EPA's web resources before you contact WebCMS support.
