Verint Reports

Verint, formerly ForeSee, produced several standard and custom reports that measured visitors' experience on the EPA website. Standard reports were comprehensive in scope, in that they analyzed responses to all survey questions. Custom reports provided a more advanced analysis of specific segments of visitors or particular sections of the website.

Standard Reports

Verint produced a standard monthly satisfaction report for EPA, which measured the overall satisfaction of visitors by scoring specific Elements and Future Behaviors. The report included both a monthly summary and trend analysis.

ForeSee Custom Reports From 2018 and Older

Custom Reports

ForeSee, now Verint, produces two types of custom reports for EPA:

  1. Strategic Analysis, also known as Customer Experience Strategic Analyses (CXSA) or Satisfaction Insdight Reviews (SIRs): These analyses provide insight to visitors who are struggling with certain aspects of their experience on the EPA website. The reports focused on selected audiences or web areas, and provided recommendations for improvement.
  1. Usability Audit Reviews (UARs): UARs analyzed selected sections of the EPA website, such as a single web area or application. The report compared selected areas against 50 usability indicators to build a Usability Compliance Rating (UCR). The report also included a list of the ten most critical usability issues.

For a list of historic reports when you log in to view ForeSee data, select ANALYTICS PORTAL:

Once in the Portal:

  1. Click on the “Workspace” tab
  2. Choose “EPA V6”  in the dropdown for current data, or select an earlier version for historical data.
