What to Expect when You Put Content into a Workflow
When you put content into a workflow, you will be asked to provide notes about your action. Be succinct but comprehensive. Example messages:
- Page X is complete and needs review before publication.
- Page A has been updated with XYZ information and needs review to republish the content.
After selecting the Draft, needs review option, emails will be sent to approvers, editors, and webmasters in your web area.
